  • Lawyers from The Public Interest Law Center and Education Law Center-PA, who will explain the historic school funding lawsuit, William Penn School District v. Pennsylvania Department of Education, which is slated for court on September 9, 2021
  • A representative from Pennsylvanians for Fair Funding, a group that advocates for education funding reforms to ensure that PA meets its constitutional guarantee of “a thorough and efficient system of public education” for all children
  • Allentown School District (ASD) Students and Parents as they urge the PA General Assembly to provide a fair, adequate, and predictable funding system that enables all children to meet state academic standards and does not discriminate against low-wealth school districts
